Reducing Elbow

Features:

In the Plumbing, an elbow is a fitting that changes the direction of a pipe run. According to angles, there are three most commonly used types: 45 ° and 90 ° and 180 °. In addition, according to engineering needs, there are also other abnormal angle elbows such as 60 °. The materials of elbows include cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, malleable cast iron, carbon steel, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. The methods of connecting to pipes include direct welding (the most commonly used method), flange connection, hot melt connection, electric melt connection, threaded connection, and socket connection. According to production processes, it can be divided into: welded elbows, stamped elbows, push made elbows, cast elbows, butt welded elbows, etc. Other names: 90 degree elbow, right angle bend, love bend, etc.

Product Details

Working principle: Used at the branch of the main pipeline, mainly for changing the direction of the fluid.

Meet standards: GB/T12459 GB/T13401SH/T3408 DL/T695, etc.

Nominal pressure: PN0.25Mpa - PN25Mpa

Caliber range: DN15~3000 (welding)

Temperature range: -40 ° C~+560C (determined by product material to adapt to humidity)

Application

After acid pickling and passivation process, an oxide film is formed on the surface, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life. By solid solution, stress is removed, and the internal metallographic structure of the material is restored to be stable, not easily deformed, with uniform wall thickness and uniform pressure bearing.

Seamless elbows have the characteristics of hygiene, non-toxic, light weight, good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, good insulation, good impact resistance, and long service life.

Due to its excellent comprehensive performance, elbows are widely used in basic engineering such as chemical engineering, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industries, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, electricity, aerospace, shipbuilding, etc.
