Multi Turn Actuator For Gate Valves

Features:

Its torque range is from 40Nm to 3000Nm, and the mechanical interface (output shaft and flange) meets the national standard GB/T12222 and international standard ISO 5210. Therefore, it can achieve reasonable mechanical connection with different controlled objects, and special flange connection methods can also be provided according to user requirements.

Product Details

Classified by function: switch type, adjustment type, bus type, and explosion-proof type. According to the connection type, it can also be divided into torque type and thrust type. The performance of this product complies with the provisions of GB/T28270-2012 "Intelligent Valve Electric Devices" and GB/T24923-2010 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices". The performance of the flameproof type meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2010 Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment, GB3836.2-2010 Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures "d" and GB/T24922-2010 Technical Conditions for Electric Devices of Flameproof Valves. And it has been verified by the National Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center for Explosion proof Electrical Products and has obtained a full series of explosion-proof certificates. It is approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine to obtain the national industrial product production license.

Application

The CKD series multi turn valve electric actuator is the most basic actuator, providing multi turn (greater than 360 ° rotation) operation output drive. It is suitable for valves with linear movement of valve discs, such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, gates, water gate valves, etc. It is an essential driving device for remote control, centralized control, and automatic control of valves. In addition to direct use, it can be assembled with a push rod device or bracket device to form a straight stroke electric actuator, and can also be assembled with a partial rotary reducer to form an angular stroke electric actuator.

Packing & Delivery

We use wooden boxes and pallets for packaging, and the actuator will be wrapped in bubble film plastic bags to ensure maximum product safety. We support sea transportation, and products can also be shipped to any port you specify.
