Tsunny valves

As a branch company of Yuanda valve group, Anhui Tsunny valve Industry Co.,Ltd is mainly responsible for international trade business, located in Anhui province which near Shanghai Port and Tianjin Port.There is the University of Science and Technology of China, which has a rich reserve of high-tech talents.

Our factory was founded in 1994 and located in the hinterland of the economic circle around Beijing Tianjin and Bohai Sea.It covers an area of about 700000 m2 and has more than 4000 employees.

Our products involve ANSI/API、DIN、JIS/KS、BS、NF、RUSSIA standards. The main materials include gray iron, ductile iron, WCA, WCB, WCC, LC1, LCC, CF3. CF8, WC6, WC9, C5, C12.

The main products are gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, as well as pipe fittings and joints. 

Tsunny valves focus on valves design and production.The manufacturing system and products have passed certifications such as ISO9001,ISO14001，ISO18001， Q/GDZR010 2019 5A, ANSI/API STD607, Special Equipment Test, FM, UL, JIS, etc. These have created favorable conditions for us to provide high-quality products to global customers at competitive prices.

My products are widely applied to pinelines such as water supply and drainage,construction,oil,chemical industry,coal gas,food,medicine,power plant,nuclear power plant,urban pollution discharge etc for purpose of adjusting or cutting the flow contains various medium,such as thick granule,sticky liquid and floating contamination etc.

Longyao County Electric Valve Factory Established

Predecessor of Yuanda Valve Group

In 1994

In 1994,the first expansion of the valve factory from 700m2 to 4000 m2of land.

In 1999

The fourth expansion involves renting and then buying state-owned Longyao County Valve Factory. The new factory covers an area of 53400 square meters, and Hebei Longyao Yuanda Valve Co., Ltd. was established in the same year

In 2000

Hebei Yuanda Valve Co., LTD was established with a registered capital of 3.5 million yuan and established offices in major cities across the country.

In 2003

Established Hebei Yuanda Valve Group Co., Ltd. in the same year, engaged in international trade.

In 2004

The first resin sand production line has been put into use, and a global strategic cooperation agreement has been signed with Crane Group in the United States to produce American standard products

In 2006

The first valve industry to introduce Japan KOYO 6050R, 50V two automatic modeling line. Marks the complete elimination of manual modeling, the use of mechanized production through the use of electronic ingredients to improve the quality of internal and external products.

In 2007

obtain American Petroleum Institute API 6D certification and EU CE certification.The expansion of 110000 square meters, the completion of the cast steel industrial park, the design production capacity of 20000 tons, marking the formation of a one-stop production capacity of cast steel products.

In 2009

Obtained GOST certification in Russia and KS product certification in South Korea.

In 2012

Introduce one of the world's most advanced Japanese SINTO FCMX - Ⅲ automatic box molding line

In 2017

two main transformers of Yuanda 110KV substation, the first intelligent substation in Hebei Province, were put into operation successfully.

In 2019

With an investment of 1.22 billion yuan and an area of 133,200 square meters, China North Pump & Valve Casting Industrial Park was built. Yuanda Valve Group Co., Ltd. Successfully Joined China Water Enterprises Confederation(CWEC)

In 2022

Obtaining FM certification in the United States.
